3. חלקי פנקס המקרקעין
פנקס המקרקעין של הרשות המקומית יהיה מורכב משני חלקים אלה:
(1)כרטיסי נכסי דלא־ניידי לפי טופס א׳ שבתוספת הראשונה;
(2)ספר נכסי דלא־ניידי לפי טופס ב׳ שבתוספת הראשונה.
