5. רישום נכסים
(א)רשם הנכסים ירשום בפנקס המקרקעין של הרשות המקומית כל זכות במקרקעין לטובת הרשות המקומית וכן כל זכות במקרקעין של הרשות המקומית לטובת אדם זולתה, תוך חודש ימים מיום שנוצרה.
(ב)לא ייעשה שום רישום בפנקס המקרקעין של הרשות המקומית אלא על ידי רשם הנכסים או עובד אחר של הרשות המקומית שהורשה על ידיו באישור המועצה.
