תיקון: תשס״ח
בתקנות אלה, ”תאגיד עירוני“ – תאגיד שבו עיריה מחזיקה בחלק מהונו או בחלק מכוח ההצבעה בו או בחלק מהכוח למנות מי מחברי הגוף המנהל של התאגיד ולרבות תאגיד כמשמעותו בסעיף 249א לפקודה.
