5א. ועדת מינויים מיוחדת
תיקון: תשס״ח
שר הפנים, לבקשת רשות מקומית או כמה רשויות מקומיות, רשאי להקים ועדת מינויים נוספת, אשר תכהן כוועדת מינויים לעניין תקנות אלה, לעניין תאגידים עירוניים שהקימו אותן רשויות מקומיות וזאת בין דרך כלל ובין לנושאים מסוימים; הקים שר הפנים ועדה כאמור, יהיה רשאי שר הפנים ליתן הוראות לעניין הפעלת הוועדה ומימון הוצאותיה ולרבות קביעת שיעור השתתפותן של הרשויות המקומיות האמורות, בהוצאות הנגזרות מהקמת ועדת המינויים המיוחדת.
