6. שמירת הוראות ודינים
אין בתקנות אלה משום אישור לפליטת מזהם בריכוז הקבוע בתוספות מקום שניתנו הוראות אחרות לפי החוק, ואין בהן כדי לגרוע מסמכויות לפי כל דין לעניין מניעת זיהום אוויר חזק או בלתי סביר.
