12. אי־כבילות לדיני הראיות
הוועדה לא תהיה קשורה בדיני הראיות ובסדרי הדין הנהוגים בבתי המשפט והיא רשאית לקבל כל מידע נוסף בכל דרך הנראית לה מועילה, בכפוף לכל דין.
