17. בטול וכו׳ מחמת מסירת פרטים לא נכונים בבקשה
אם נתברר למנהל בכל עת שהיא שהיה סרוס ניכר בפרטים שנרשמו בטופס הבקשה לרשום או לרשיון, יוכל המנהל לבטל אותו רשום או רשיון החל מתאריך שפורש על ידו.
