27. חדושם של רשיונות לשעת דחק
רשיון לשעת הדחק אין לחדשו בלי רשות בכתב מאת המנהל לפקיד מוציא הרשיון עד אם עברו שנים עשר חדש מתאריך גמר הרשיון.
