36. אזורים דו־לשוניים
תיקון: תש״ח
באותם האזורים שיקבע שר החינוך והתרבות יהיו שני ועדי חנוך ליד רשות החנוך המקומית; האחד יהא הועד הערבי שע״י רשות החנוך המקומית והוא ינהל בתי ספר ערבים בלבד, והשני יהא הועד היהודי שע״י רשות החנוך המקומית והוא ינהל בתי ספר עבריים בלבד.
