45. ייסוד ועדות משנה
חברים שנתמנו לועדת־משנה שנוסדה על מנת לפקח על בתי ספר צבוריים ערבים יהיו ערבים, וחברים שנתמנו לועדת־משנה שנוסדה על מנת לפקח על בתי ספר צבוריים עברים יהיו יהודים.
