48. ממלאי־מקום של חברים ממשלתיים
תיקון: תש״ח
בהתחשב עם הוראות תקנה 57, יוכל כל חבר ממשלתי של ועד חנוך מקומי ליפות את כחו של פקיד מפקידי משרדו למלא את מקומו למשך אותה התקופה שהוא יקבענה:
בתנאי שגם אז יוכל החבר הממשלתי להשתתף בכל אספות הועד או ועדת המשנה.
