58. הודעה על האספות
ליו״ר ועד או ועדת משנה תהיה הסמכות לקרוא לאספה בכל עת, בתנאי שישלח לכל חבר בעל זכות הצבעה הודעה בכתב על דבר אספה כזאת לא יאוחר מעשרים וארבע שעה לפני האספה.
