לבקשת המפקח הכללי ובאישורו של שר המשטרה ישקיע שר האוצר אותם הסכומים שיאושרו לכך; וכל ההכנסות שתתקבלנה מהשקעות כאלה תזקפנה לזכותה של הקרן.
