12. רישום פרוטוקול
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)במהלך הדיון לפני דן יחיד יירשם פרוטוקול שישקף את כל הנאמר והמתרחש בו, הנוגע לדיון; בסיום הדיון יחתמו הדן היחיד והנאשם על הפרוטוקול; הנאשם רשאי להוסיף לפרוטוקול את הערותיו.
(ב)עותק מהפרוטוקול יימסר לנאשם בסוף הדיון.
