תיקון: תשע״ו
תובע רשאי, בכל עת עד תחילת הדיון לתקן כתב אישום, להוסיף עליו או לגרוע ממנו, ובלבד שניתן לנאשם זמן סביר להתגונן, כפי שיקבע בית הדין למשמעת.
