31. זימון מותב בית הדין למשמעת לדיון
הוגש כתב אישום לבית דין למשמעת, יזמין נשיא בית הדין, או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך את מותב בית הדין למשמעת (להלן – הזמנה); בהזמנה ייקבע מועד תחילת הדיון; כמו כן יכול שצו הזימון יכלול כל הוראה אחרת וכל פרט נוסף הנראים למזמן כדרושים לעניין.
