64. סדר הפתיחה והבאת ראיות של נאשמים אחדים
נאשמו כמה נאשמים בכתב אישום אחד, יביאו את ראיותיהם לפי הסדר שהם רשומים בכתב האישום, והכל אם לא הורה בית הדין למשמעת, לבקשת בעל דין, על סדר אחר.
