82. הגשת ערעור
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)ערעור, בין של הנאשם ובין של המפקח הכללי או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך, יהיה בהגשת כתב ערעור מנומק חתום ביד המערער או בא כוחו.
(ב)התקופה להגשת כתב ערעור תהיה כאמור בסעיפים 57 או 62(1) לחוק, כתב הערעור יוגש בחמישה עותקים לבית הדין לערעורים.
