2. חובת האחראי על קבלת חולים
מתעורר אצל האחראי על קבלת חולים חשש סביר, שאדם פצוע, חסר הכרה או מת, שהגיע לבית החולים, היה מעורב במעשה אלימות, יודיע על כך מיד לתחנת המשטרה הקרובה.
