תיקון: תשמ״ט
לא ינהל אדם בנק זרע ולא יעסוק בו אלא אם הכיר המנהל באותו בנק זרע, ובהתאם לתנאי ההכרה (להלן – בנק הזרע); המנהל לא יכיר בבנק זרע אלא אם הוא מנוהל בבית חולים וכחלק ממנו.
