3. בדיקה לפני מסירת מידע
מידע לא יימסר בטרם נבדקו על ידי המוסר כל אלה:
(1)כי מקבל המידע נמנה עם הרשויות ובעלי התפקידים המפורטים בתוספת הראשונה לחוק;
(2)היקף המידע שניתן למסור למקבל לענין –
(א)עבירות שביצעו קטינים וצווים מיוחדים כאמור בסעיף 13 לחוק;
(ב)פרטי רישום שנמחקו לפי סעיף 16 לחוק;
(ג)עבירות המפורטות בסעיף 17 לחוק.
