108. ידיעות כוזבות
חייל שביודעין מסר פרט כוזב או העלים פרט חשוב –
(1)בתלונה שהגיש בצבא;
(2)בענין שלפי פקודות הצבא חובה עליו למסור בו הודעה;
(3)על מנת להשיג חופשה או להאריכה;
(4)בענין אחר שנקבע בפקודות הצבא כענין שסעיף זה חל עליו,
דינו – מאסר שנה.
