132. פגיעה במשמעת
חייל אשר עשה מעשה או התנהג באופן שפגע או עשוי היה לפגוע בסדר הטוב של הצבא או במשמעתו, ואין המעשה מהווה עבירה צבאית אחרת, דינו – מאסר שנה.
