135. קשר לעבור עבירה
חייל שקשר קשר עם אדם אחר לעבור עבירה צבאית יהיה צפוי –
(1)למאסר עולם, אם העונש הצפוי לחייל העובר את העבירה שלשמה נקשר הקשר (להלן – העונש העיקרי) הוא מוות;
(2)למאסר עשרים שנה, אם העונש העיקרי הוא מאסר עולם;
(3)למחצית העונש העיקרי, אם העונש העיקרי הוא מאסר לתקופה קצובה;
(4)לעונש העיקרי, אם העונש העיקרי הוא אחר.
