141. סמכותו של קצין שיפוט
תיקון: תשל״ח, תשס״ט
קצין שיפוט שהובאה לפניו תלונה על חייל שהוא מוסמך לדון בה, יעשה אחת מאלה:
(1)יבטל את התלונה;
(2)ידון בה בעצמו;
(3)יעבירנה, כל עוד לא פסק בה, אם הוא קצין שיפוט זוטר – לדיון לפני קצין שיפוט בכיר המוסמך לדון בה, ואם הוא קצין שיפוט בכיר – לפני קצין שיפוט בכיר אחר המוסמך לדון בה.
