192ב. סמכות לסיים דיון
תיקון: תשמ״ו
שופט צבאי־משפטאי שכהונתו נסתיימה לאחר שהתחיל בדיון, יהיה מוסמך להמשיך בו כדי לסיימו תוך שלושה חדשים מיום סיום כהונתו; הוראה זו לא תחול על מי שכהונתו נסתיימה בעקבות החלטה של בית הדין המשמעתי או של ועדת הבחירה כאמור בסעיף 192ג.
