תיקון: תשנ״ו־2
קצין משטרה צבאית שדרגתו למטה מדרגת רב סרן, לא יפעיל סמכותו לפי סעיפים 245א(ב)(3) ו־248א, אלא אם הוסמך לכך על ידי קצין משטרה צבאית ראשי, לאחר שקיבל הכשרה מתאימה, בהתאם לפקודות הצבא.
