תיקון: תשמ״ז־2
חשוד המביע רצונו למסור אמרה, יזהירו הקצין הבודק תחילה; נמסרה האמרה בטרם היה סיפק בידי הקצין הבודק להזהירו, או בטרם הגיע הקצין הבודק למסקנה כי יש מקום להאשימו בעבירה, ותוך כדי מסירת האמרה הגיע למסקנה זו, יזהירנו בהזדמנות הראשונה.
