276. סיום הבדיקה
קצין בודק שנתמנה על פי סעיף 252(א)(2) יעביר את חומר הבדיקה מיד לאחר סיומה לידי קצין השיפוט הבכיר אשר מינה אותו; ושוטר צבאי שנתמנה על פי סעיף 252(א)(3) שערך בדיקה, יעביר את חומר הבדיקה מיד לאחר סיומה לקצין שיפוט בכיר, בהתאם לפקודות הצבא.
