309. זימון בית הדין
תיקון: תשס״ד
הורכב מותב בית דין צבאי, יזומן בית הדין בצו זימון חתום בידי נשיא בית הדין הצבאי או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך; צו הזימון יקבע את מקום כינוסו של בית הדין ותאריך הדיון, ויחייב את כל המשתתפים במשפט שיפורטו בצו, להתייצב במקום ובזמן הקבועים בו; כן יכול צו הזימון לכלול כל הוראה אחרת וכל פרט נוסף הנראים למזמן כדרושים לענין.
