323. סניגוריה לפני שופט חוקר ובעת דיון על הארכת מעצר
תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשמ״ב־3
הוראות סימן זה יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, גם לגבי –
(1)חקירה מוקדמת וחקירת סיבות מוות לפני שופט חוקר, כאילו בכל מקום שנאמר ”בית דין צבאי“ היה כתוב ”שופט חוקר“;
(2)דיון בהארכת מעצר לפי סעיפים 240 או 241, אולם פסקה (3) של סעיף 316(א)(3) לא תחול לגבי דיון כאמור.
