330א. הרחקה מבית הדין
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)בית דין רשאי לאסור על קטין להימצא בבית הדין בעת הדיון ולצוות על הרחקתו.
(ב)בית דין רשאי להרחיק אדם, שאינו בעל דין, מאולם בית הדין בעת דיון, אם מצא, מטעמים שיירשמו, שנוכחות אותו אדם באולם עשויה להרתיע עד מלהעיד עדות חפשית או מלהעיד בכלל.
