375. זכות חקירה שכנגד במקרים מסויימים
סבור בית הדין כי עדו של אחד הנאשמים עלול להעיד נגד נאשם אחר, יכול הוא לסטות מן הסדר שנקבע בסעיף 374 ולהרשות לאותו נאשם אחר או לסניגורו לחקרו לא חקירה ראשית אלא חקירה שכנגד לאחר שחקרוהו שאר הנאשמים חקירה ראשית ולפני התובע הצבאי.
