377. סמכות לסרב להזמנת עדים
רשאי בית הדין לסרב לבקשה להזמין עד, אם הוא סבור שעדותו אינה שייכת לענין הנדון, או שתוכן עדותו ניתן להוכחה בדרך אחרת.
