379. סייג לשינוי בכתב־האישום
לא יכלול בית דין בכתב־האישום, על ידי תיקון או החלפה כאמור בסעיף 378, אשמה בעבירה שאין הוא מוסמך לדון בה, אולם בית דין מיוחד רשאי לעשות זאת לגבי עבירה שבית דין צבאי אחר מוסמך לדון בה.
