396. נימוקי הכרעת הדין
בנימוקי הכרעת הדין יצוינו העובדות שהוכחו לבית הדין והשיקולים שהניעו אותו להגיע להחלטתו; הורשע הנאשם, יצויין בהכרעת הדין גם סעיף הדין שלפיו הורשע, בין במפורש ובין באיזכור כתב האישום.
