כתב ערעור שהוגש במברק, דינו כדין כתב ערעור שהוגש לפי סעיף 419, ובלבד שהמברק או העתק ממנו יאושר בחתימת המערער או סניגורו, לפני שהתחילו בשמיעת הערעור.
