430. ערעור יישמע בפני בעלי הדין
שמיעת הערעור תהיה בפני בעלי הדין; אם אחד מהם לא התייצב, רשאי בית הדין לשמוע את הערעור שלא בפניו, אך אם המערער הוא שלא התייצב, רשאי בית הדין לדחות את הערעור מטעם זה בלבד.
