438. ראיות במשפט שהוחזר לדיון
הוחזר משפט לדיון חדש בערכאה ראשונה, יחזור בית הדין וישמע את העדויות ויקבל ראיות, מלבד אם נקבע אחרת על ידי בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים.
