440ז. ביצוע
תיקון: תשכ״ג, תשמ״ז־2
(א)פסק דין שניתן בערעור – דינו, לכל דבר לרבות אופן ביצועו, כדין פסק־דין של בית משפט צבאי, ועל ביצועו לא יחולו הוראות חוק זה.
(ב)הוראות פרק ו׳ לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977 יחולו על כל ענין שסימן זה חל עליו.
