459. סמכות למי שבא במקומו של מפקד
מפקד שעשה בתוקף סמכותו לפי חוק זה פעולה מסויימת, ועקב פעולה זו הוא מוסמך לעשות פעולות נוספות – יהא מוסמך לעשותן גם מי שבא במקומו.
