468. תובע וסניגור
המרכיב בית דין שדה ימנה קצין להיות תובע וקצין אחר להיות סניגור באותו משפט; לא היתה אפשרות למנות קצינים לכך, ימנה חיילים אחרים, ואם היתה אפשרות למנות קצין אחד בלבד – ימנהו סניגור.
