478. הודאת נאשם מרצונו הטוב
העובדה שאמרת נאשם שיש בה הודאה נתקבלה שלא בהתאם לכללים הנקובים בסעיפים 266 עד 272 אינה מונעת את בית הדין מקבוע כי ההודאה ניתנה מרצונו הטוב של הנאשם.
