נשא חייל עונש בחוץ־לארץ על עבירה, או היה נתון שם במעצר בגללה, ינוכה העונש או תקופת המעצר מעונש מאסר או מחבוש, שהטיל עליו בית דין צבאי בשל אותה עבירה.
