51. זריעת בהלה או יאוש בין חיילים
תיקון: תשט״ו
חייל אשר בשעת פעולה של הצבא או לפני פעולה כזו עשה מעשה או הפיץ ידיעה – בין נכונה ובין בלתי נכונה – ויש בהם כדי לעורר בקרב חיילים בהלה או יאוש העלולים לפגוע בהצלחת אותה פעולה, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים.
