תיקון: תשע״ח
נפגע עבירת מין או אלימות זכאי שאדם המלווה אותו, לפי בחירתו, יהיה נוכח בעת חקירתו בגוף החוקר, אלא אם כן סבר הקצין הממונה, כי יש בכך כדי לפגוע בחקירה.
