513כא. זכות להביע עמדה לעניין חנינה והקלה בעונש
תיקון: תשע״ח
נפגע עבירת מין או אלימות, שקיבל הודעה לפי הוראות סעיף 513ח(ג)(1) על בקשת הנידון לחנינה או להקלה בעונשו מנשיא המדינה, זכאי שתינתן לו הזדמנות להביע את עמדתו בכתב באמצעות הפרקליטות הצבאית, לפני החלטת נשיא המדינה בבקשה כאמור, כפי שייקבע בפקודות הצבא.
