תיקון: תשע״ח
גרמה העבירה למותו של אדם, יוענקו הזכויות לפי חלק זה לבני משפחתו של נפגע העבירה לפי סדר הקדימויות שלהלן:
(1)למי שהיה בן זוגו בעת מותו;
(2)לילדיו;
(3)להוריו;
(4)לאחיו;
בהעדרם של כל אלה למי שהיה אפוטרופסו בעת מותו.
