(1)לרבות שופט־חוקר;
(2)לענין פסקאות (1), (3) ו־(4) לסעיף קטן (א) שבו – לרבות ועדת חקירה;
(3)לענין פסקאות (3) ו־(4) לסעיף קטן (א) שבו – לרבות קצין־בודק.
