תיקון: תשמ״א
אדם שאינו חייל והתחזה כחייל, על ידי שענד סימן הנראה כסימן דרגה או כסימן צבאי אחר או שלבש מדים הנראים כמדי צבא, או על ידי טענות שוא או בדרך אחרת, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
